Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UtahLocalsClub.com ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all users, visitors, members, and others who access or use the service.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

This Platform is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

User-Generated Content

Users may post, upload, submit, or otherwise make available content including text, photos, videos, reviews, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant UtahLocalsClub.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
• Represent that you own or have rights to post the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that we may remove any content we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion
• Agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Agree not to post content that contains nudity, sexual content, or is inappropriate for a general audience
• Agree not to post content promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content. We are not responsible or liable for any User Content posted by users.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Posting spam, scams, or misleading information
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Scraping or data mining the Platform without permission
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Posting personal information about others without consent
• Engaging in commercial solicitation without authorization

Privacy & Data

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data, including your email address, name, city, and any other information you provide. We will not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Member profile information may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings. You can control the visibility of your profile information in your Dashboard Settings.

Black Card Membership

The Black Card Membership is a private, invitation-only program. Membership benefits are provided at our discretion and may change. Points earned are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTAHLOCALSCLUB.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any business listings, events, articles, or user-generated content on the Platform. Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

We are not responsible for interactions between users that occur on or off the Platform. Exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with other community members.

Third-Party Links & Partners

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Some business partners and event organizers may operate outside Utah. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products, services, or events listed by third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County or Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
